Lagoon Tower Improvement Project, November 21, 2022 through May 31, 2023
Royal Kona Resort is a 12-acre oceanfront landmark with three distinct guestroom towers - Alii Tower, Bay Tower and Lagoon Tower
Beginning November 21, 2022, exterior improvements will take place at the Lagoon Tower located on the southern end of the resort property. As a courtesy, resort guests will be accommodated exclusively in the Bay Tower and the Alii Tower for the project duration. To minimize noise disruption, repair work on the Lagoon Tower will be restricted between 9am and 4pm daily.
For guests looking to save, special “Lagoon Tower Renovation Rates” are available for Lagoon Tower rooms reserved during the project dates. Rooms directly affected by the repair work including adjoining “buffer” rooms will be placed out of order, with a limited number of remaining rooms in the Lagoon Tower made available to reserve at the reduced rates.
Lagoon Tower rooms are exclusive to guests on the “Lagoon Tower Renovation Rates.” All other guests will receive guaranteed accommodations in the Alii Tower or Bay Tower.
Please note that guests who prebook the Lagoon Tower Renovation Rates will have the option to upgrade to the other towers upon arrival, based on availability and best available rates, if they would like to do so.
