  : No A/C in living room although I was told there was one. The lights in entire unit are impossible to figure out. Rug in living room needs replacing asap as it is a trip hazard. Toaster oven and other appliances are rusted. Neither the washer or dryer were working. I would not recommend this unit until upgrades are completed. Not having a washer and dryer were a real problem as it is so humid in Kona nothing dries! Very difficult to reach management. Front door screen did not close properly and we had a real problem with huge roaches! The key to door entry is difficult to use.
