Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
People 16 years old and over stay for US$10 per person per stay when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Julian Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Please note: There is a non-refundable pet fee at the property. Please contact for pricing and details.

1) At check-in, guests are authorizing the property to place a hold on their credit card for full nightly room charges (rate + tax) and an additional 30% hold for incidentals. Upon check-out, guests are charged for their stay (room + tax). The 30% incidental hold will be released, if after check-out, the room has been inspected and cleared of additional cleaning fee, missing and/or damages, etc. Please note, the incidental release may take 7 to 10 business days to take effect. A $200.00 security deposit is required for cash paying guests.

2) Office Hours: The office is open 7 days a week from 08:00 am to 19:00. If a guest will be checking in after office hours, please call the after hours assistance at 760-765-1420.
