  : The location.
  : I paid for 2 nights. Friday August 2nd- Sunday August 4th. When I first got there and got my room the shower did not work. It was broken and I had to move to a different room. The room they moved me to did not have a microwave, ac was broken, and was not the same quality as the first. I called the front desk to book another room under my name for my cousin and told them to put it under my card. The woman at the desk told me it would be a total of 120 for one night. They changed shifts and the man at the front desk did not know what I was talking about. He made my cousin pay for her own room at the price of 170 dollars. Then when I checked out and left I got a call saying the payment for my room did not go through. I asked her how that is possible because it shows I have 315 dollars taken out. She said that it was for an authorization. I kept asking her why and she said that it’s because when you first get a hotel they only put a hold on the card for the payment and then at the end they charge everything. I said okay and she did the payment. I noticed later that another 129 came out of my account. I called and she said that she would send me an itemized receipt. We figured out that the hotel charged us for another night. She refunded it but said it would take 5-7 business days to get back. This hotel experience was one of the worst I have ever had and I would absolutely not stay here. On top of everything I had a spider in my bed and all I was told was oh that’s our bad. I wanted to talk to corporate and get my money back for this horrible experience but was also told that they couldn’t be reached. I’m completely horrified from this experience. Never again.

  : The rooms themselves were nice and it was in a convenient area.
  : Our door to our room was broken, so it wouldn’t close. We got a second room and it was good. We got a late checkout time from a lady that was 1-3pm. At 11, the housekeeper barged in and we told her. She apologized and left. At 12, we got a phone call from the manager saying the latest we could stay was 2, which we said was absolutely fine cause we weren’t planning on leaving our stuff there later then that anyway. At around 1, the front desk called asking what our check out time was because they had heard different numbers. I told her the manager told us we had to be out by 2 and we would be there in around 30 minutes. They said that was fine and we would be good to be out by 2. We got to the hotel at 1:20 walked up the stairs to get our things, and the door was wide open. When we went in, all of our stuff was gone. We went to the front desk and asked where our things were and they had no idea and began calling over the walkie talkies looking for our belongings. My boyfriend asked her why the door had been opened and our stuff had been taken out if our checkout time was 2p- confirmed with 4 different interactions, the latest being only 20-40 minutes prior. They did not know. They finally found our things and brought them to us 30 minutes later and said. “There, are you good now?”. There was no communication whatsoever and they were very disrespectful.
