  : Location of hotel was perfect for our families vacation to NYC, right next door to the PATH and close to Ferries. The room was very spacious and clean, loved the large window and couch for much needed space. Loved the variety of food at the breakfast Buffet and all the Vu staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic view of the Hudson River and lower Manhattan from our room!
  : We arrived the day after the Microsoft crash and the hotel had several IT problems that affected us personally. We had errors with room assignments, first the keys didn’t work, then the room was already occupied finally we were located in the correct room. The WI-FI had problems which made us unable to use our fire stick on the room TV. Had the engineer try to trouble shoot the TV and WI-FI in the room. Finally figured out with the front desk we had to log into WI-FI with the previous guests name. I know that all of this was not a normal issue and a particular response to the crash. The pool could use a deep cleaning and update. The hotel is having renovations and on our third day while we were relaxing in the afternoon, they had to replace our door’s key card reader which delayed our getting ready (showering and dressing) for our evenings plans. If we had been out already it would not have affected us. Would have appreciated being forewarned on this happening and we could have planned accordingly.

  : Great location and Gorgeous views of the water. Close to Manhattan . Ample parking and good restaurants near by. The ball rooms were excellent.
  : Dated rooms and needs renovation. WiFi was spotty and did not work most of the time.

  : Proximity of the hotel to transport to New-York. Hotel easily accessible from highway. The hotel view to New-York was breathtaking!
  : Pool not usable. Internet was not working. Bathroom (specifically the shower) was outdated, the shower was a bathtub with curtain.
