: Location is probably the only asset it has
: Everything else but location is poor. Probably worth $10-15 / Night. Shower was dirty and clogged, AC worked when it wanted. For a bit more I could have stayed in a much better place, This is below minimum standard

: The front desk staff was very sweet and professional.
: We should have known what to expect from the appearance of the outside of the room. We had a 2 bedroom suite which I was grateful for the space , however the rooms were not clean to my standards. Smelled old and like stale cigarettes from the first step inside . Cockroach on bathroom floor, and ant on countertop. The rooms were outdated and everything was worn out and stained. The shower tile was cracked and so stained we only felt safe enough to wash off feet . One of the toilets clogged so my husband had to go get a plunger from the front desk to fix it, maintenance wasn’t offered or sent to assist. The kitchenette stove burners were rusted. Unable to open curtains because absolutely no privacy on the first floor with a second layer of shear curtains . Lesson learned , don’t try to save on cheaper hotels, and read the reviews from others . My kids will never forget that nasty experience.

: Clean room, fairly comfortable and quiet
: The outside was not clean and inviting. Parking lot was messy and dirty and smelled bad. Sink drain was not working... a quick check before a new guest stayed would have caught that. Lobby doesn't until 9am and receipts are supposedly emailed. It's been more than 24 hours and I haven't received mine.
