  : Location. I was there for a concert only 10 minutes from art center , stores, and restaurants. 20 minutes to the beach.
  : Advertised continental breakfast but don’t have it, no iron or hangers in our room, poor water pressure in the sink. When I asked about an iron since there was a place for an iron and board in the closet, I was told only certain rooms have irons. I had to go purchase one.

  : The staff were friendly and helpful.
  : The ac did not cool the room down until 1 or 2 am. Then by 9 am the room was getting warm. The bathroom was small, tub had wired stains on top of it that wasn’t rust. Roach ran across bathroom floor this morning. Bathroom floor had old nail polish dried on it, water pressure was terrible. Walls need repairs as well as base boards. TV would not turn off you had to unplug it and when you plugged it back in the tv would not turn on. Pillows were old and flat. This was the second one they gave me because the mini fridge in 1st room did not work. The room needed to be updated. Glad I did not pay a crazy amount for the room but definitely paid more than it was worth.

  : They need to have an Ice maker for there quest like the other hotels, instead of your quest leaving the premises to go and buy ice.

  : spacious, had a sitting area, comfy bed.
  : very dim lighted, only had one broken scrawny piece of soap which did not allow for use in a shower, no shampoo, no kleenex. no other toiletries. tv did not come on normally, staff had to come and turn it on my way out... the clicker did not work to do any tv functions. breakfast times were not advertised and i ended up missing it. couldnt even get a cup of water on my way out. very unaccomidating. even though i had a non smoking room, it still had the hint of smoke in the room. i was so exhausted i just did not persue these issues when i got back in the room at 11 PM.

  : Crispy sheets. Bed comfortable. Towels fluffy. Friendly check in.
  : As a retired building inspector there were at least 5 major violations and many more minor violations. Hotel was advertised with free breakfast. Nope. They didn't even have coffee. Microwave filthy. There was also a 6" stick between the mattress and mattress cover. Luckily I always bring Lysol.
