Please inform Arenales Vacational House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 50 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please provide the zip code associated to the credit card used to reserve in the address details.

**Take also into account: Payment will be collected as to the credit card that you put on the system. As an alternative method we can collect payment by cash app or ATH Mobile, in that case you need to send us a message notifying your preferred payment method. If not, credit card will be your payment method by default.

It is required to fill out a document (DocuSign) authorizing the purchase with the credit card. You must attach a photo of the driver’s license to that document. Please make sure that the name on the reservation is the same name as on the credit card.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $25.00 per pet applies. It can be paid by cash app, ATH mobile or Zelle, please inform us if this is suitable for you. The guest must notify the hotel ahead of time if he/she will be traveling with pets.

The property have self check-in with access codes, which allows you to enter the property at any time
