Please inform Colinas del Atlantico Vacational House 1st floor in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 50 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please be advised in order to proceed with the reservation we need the zip code. If not, we can not charge the stay and we can cancel the booking.

**Take also into account: Payment will be collected as to the credit card that you put on the system. As an alternative method we can collect payment by cash app or ATH Mobile, in that case you need to send us a message notifying your preferred payment method. If not, credit card will be your payment method by default.

A document (DocuSign) authorizing the purchase with the credit card is required. A photo of the driver's license must be attached to the document. Please make sure that the name on the reservation is the same as the name on the credit card.

Pet fee is $25.00. It must be paid directly to the property. It can be by cash app, ATH mobile or Zelle. Currently it is the only way to pay for pets please notify us when booking that a pet will be staying at the property.

Please note that arrivals after 16:00h will be self-checkin on the property.
