  : The room didn't look anything like it did online. There wasn't even a couch or entertainment center like it's shows online and the staff was slightly rude when I got to my room my TV remote didn't even have batteries

  : I didn't like anything about this hotel at all. I was forced to stay here because it was after midnight and they were the only ones open. I paid the full price at Booking.com and then I had to pay MORE once I checked in and already paid $30 to get the uber out there. All the guests were shouting and upset too. One guests had her things stolen. When I turned on the light to the room cockroaches scattered all around. I had to sleep with the lights on. I have stayed in the slums of Manila and this was substantially worse. I would never stay here ever again.

  : The room I got was not cleaned, so I told my desk that the next room was dirtier.I told him that I wanted to cancel, and he said he couldn't cancel due to policy.The third room was cleaned, but there were many cockroaches in the room, so it wasn't very clean.I can't sleep in a room like that.

  : Roaches everywhere had old food under my mattress where all the roaches was like i didn’t even wanted to stay there no more i spent money on raid and sprayed everything and lysol wiped everything this place need to be shut down how nasty it is

  : The room was nothing like the pictures posted on your site! The room was filled with all types of bugs! The sheets and blanket were dirty! The toilet was clogged! They had no extra wash clothes and towels! I called four times on my first day for room service for new sheets and no one ever came! I went to the front desk and they said I couldn’t speak with anyone because nobody in charge was available at the moment! I was there that whole time and haven’t gotten anything I asked for! When I asked why the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures they said because they are renovating which should’ve been posted on their site! I asked them about a refund because that whole experience was terrible and they told me sure but it would have to come thru you guys
