  : It was clean and comfortable
  : They charged me for breakfast when breakfast was included on Booking.com. They also charged $15 a night for parking which was not mentioned. They also argued about me whether I was right or not. They accepted the reservation which included breakfast then they said that breakfast opened at seven, but they did not provide breakfast which messed up all my plans for an early meeting. Then they argued with me whether my reservation included breakfast. If I didn’t know whether I pard for breakfast or not. they blamed it on Booking.com but of course it was their fault because they excepted the reservation. I booked the reservation because it looked like $159 but with taxes and breakfast in parking it was well over $200. This is called false advertising and you should do something about this partner because they’re ruining your reputation.

  : For us the location was good as we were attending a program at the Hyatt on the opposite corner. The man at the desk (Mohammed) was very helpful. We had a problem with our billing due to a mistake made by booking.com and he resolved it quickly.
  : Very limited selection and we weren't given a voucher unless we asked for it. No breakfast was set out in a buffet, it was just a Starbucks where if you knew to ask for it, they would give you a voucher for a few choices on the menu. uickly

  : was starting to look a little run downbistro food menu looked good but I waited for several minutes and no one came out so I left

  : The breakfast was very good. The staff there was great
  : The walls very very thin. People kept us awake till Midnight talking. Right near us. Once I open the door and scared a guy from the hotel delivering towels. Took to long to check in. It was about 7:30. Only had to wait for one person ahead but front desk was so slow. We got a free breakfast both days but it is on our bill.
