Indianapolis: The USA Crossroad
Providing the cross-section of the US life, this city is popular as the Crossroads of America. Almost every local cuisine and various music genres are covered here along with the classic American sports genre too.
This city gained international popularity and fame via the Indianapolis 500 which was the IndyCar racing season highlight held at the very famous and iconic, Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The same track hosts the NASCAR Brickyard 400; whereas the Indiana capital’s NFL team cheers the crowds at the Lucas Oil Stadium.
The museums here are rich and quite diversified in the cultural heritages that range from Civil War to Contemporary Art. Dinosaurs can be observed while making their escape from the Children's Museum which is the world's largest museum too. Maybe these dinosaurs are heading towards the White River whose calm river banks are lined with numerous parks and the Indianapolis Zoo. Just opposite to these is the restaurants for their famous cuisines and venues of the entertainment of the lively Downtown.
The skyscrapers here now eclipse The Soldiers and Sailors Monument which once was the tallest building near The Central Canal. To its western side is the State Capitol being a block apart from the Indianapolis Convention Centre whereas towards the northern side is the Indiana War Memorial. Across the street is a mere one Indy shopping option; the Circle Center Mall.
The accommodations from our staff range in variety from inexpensive motels by Indianapolis Airport to city center luxury hotels with pools along with the best availability of hotels under reasonable expenses.
