  : The so-called included Breakfast called Grab and Go was provided in a clear plastic bag with no choice in what you received. I assume if you are allergic to dairy products, this idea would leave you with having to not eat the packaged yogurt. In fact a banana packed was very over ripened. This place appears to be run by a hotel slum lord not a Franchisee. Wyndham should take this site over at the corporate level to fix it or close it downDelays with other customers who booked properly but front-end staff screwed upRoom service was poor. Failed to clean and refresh unit with towels and toilet paper on 2nd day of 2nd day stay. People left food in front of our door. When asked to have it removed night before, it was not removed. In fact Janitorial staff was watching TV at time of the complaint in side lobby area the night before. Almost ran out of toilet paperNoisy air conditioning unit. Hard to hear the TV. Mold growth curtain. Splatters on both lamps shades from who knows what Broken remote, was replaced after 2 attempt.We sat on the bed opposite the head board and it literally flipped up. Asked the hotel manager at front desk to fix it and they came in the room to align it to properlyMissing hairy dryer was brought into the roomEntrance at rear was unsafe, dilapidated and I almost fell down a stairway to gain access to our floor. Patrons could easily fall at the stairway. Totally unsafe entrance area

  : Nothing except for the staff. They were super nice and friendly.
  : It was run down and outdated. Not very clean. Card keys only worked for 1-3 times and then we had to go to front desk to have them replaced. We went through 5 sets during our stay. Restaurant was under upgrade, hot tub was being repaired and the ice cream machine didn’t work. Our fridge in our room was way too small to hold much and there was no microwave in the room. Very disappointed in the overall quality.
