: The bathroom had no door - seriously. That's the way the room is constructed. None of the promised amenities were available: no laundry, the room phones were not hooked up and there was no phone jack in site to even try to hook them up. Upon arrival the air conditioner had to be replaced in one of our rooms, the toilets kept malfunctioning, the breakfast wasn't kept up, and there were no irons. The ironing board in one room wouldn't close. It was put away fully extended taking up all the closet space. Housekeeping only dropped off towels occasionally, but did not pick up the old towels or take out the garbages ever. We had to buy our own toilet paper because it was never replaced. Our keys had to be reset multiple times a day. We were careful not to let them be by our phones, but every other time we had to get into our room the keys wouldn't work. We paid hotel prices for the quality of a run down motel. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is that their staff were very nice.

: It was being “renovated.” However the renovations weren’t being done well or up to code. The shower sprayed sideways. The drawers didn’t fit so if you opened one both opened up. The phones on the room weren’t hooked up. They were just sitting on the desk like a useless decoration. The bedroom floors were filthy. The key cards worked once and then needed to be reactivated (some times multiple times a day). The hot tub was dirty and didn’t work. The breakfast bar was okay, but they did a terrible job stocking it during breakfast. The side door to the building was never locked (even late at night) allowing anyone off the street to have access to the building and rooms. The bedroom doors had gaps of an inch or more under them making it feel unsafe. Overall, I’m very unhappy with the quality of the rooms and the property. It was worth maybe half what I paid for my stay .

: The location was great with a really good restaurant next door and the river walk just behind it with access from the property. The guy at the front desk when we checked in was super nice and helpful.
: Obviously since it became Clarion Inn they have been refurbishing rooms and ours was one of those. There was paint splattered on everything, the entrance door didn’t work half the time so instead of it being locked, guests had propped it open for easier entrance and we couldn’t find vending or ice anywhere in our section of the hotel. Breakfast was abysmal! Powdered eggs are hard to screw up but whoever made them sure did a good job at it! NOTHING was labeled, the coffee was horrid (and this comes from someone that was used to third shift coffee) and almost everything was out. When the morning staff person was asked about ice she handed me two plastic bags and pointed me in the direction of the ice machine which was almost empty. And the lobby was extremely hot which didn’t help the breakfast either. Oh, and I received an email from the hotel BEFORE we even arrived asking for a review

: It was a cheap and somewhat newly remodeled. There was protein at breakfast. Staff was nice.
: The room remodel was not done well. The bathroom door fell off and it was a sliding barn door. It's the wrong kind of door for that application. Also the bedding was dirty and had hair in it. We asked for new bedding which also had hair in it. The pad had a burn hole in it. The breakfast ran out and there was nothing to drink but water. It looked like some people were permanently living on the property. The lawn was dying and landscaping wasn't kept up well.

: It was nice looking.
: There were some sort of blood or bug guts smeared on the wall by the bed. We were told breakfast ended at 10. My husband went down about 9 and got his. When I went down at 9:20 everything was gone and done. Then, housekeeping kicked us out at 9:40 so they could clean. Check out was supposed to be 11:00.
