  : Frosted Flakes at breakfast.
  : Soaked carpet from a bad air conditioner. TV remote would not turn the TV on, off, or adjust the volume. Counter help had to come and turn the TV on with a different remote. Had to unplug the TV to turn it off. Gave me 10 towels to dry the soaked floor from the AC leak. The maintenance man spent over an hour trying to fix the leak, then spent another 30 minutes with a wet vac and carpet cleaner.

  : The breakfast was great. A very good variety of items to choose from. Hot food was hot and the cold food cold.
  : I booked and paid for a three night stay for a room with two beds, two weeks in advance. Upon arrival they did not a double bed. I could stay in a room with a double bed for one night and then need to move to another room. They upgraded to a room with a bed and a sofa sleeper. I didn't pay all that money to sleep on a sofa. One night might have worked, but not three nights.

  : Property was ok. Great location from my son school, for when we come in town to visit. It was close to restaurants and shopping plazas
  : The first room we went to still had people staying there but they immediately put my family in a different room. I brought it to there attention about the bathroom sink was not draining and when I went to take a look inside it was a bunch of hair( not from us). When I called front desk she offered to move us again but I declined and she said she would send maintenance but maintenance never showed. So we were there our last 3 day with no sink to use but we made it work. I did mention it again when we checked out
