  : I did not like anything about the property. The pool was closed the entire time we were there. In Texas it is very hot so you need the pool. The breakfast area was closed the entire time as well. The internet never worked the entire time I was there and the front desk person who checked me in never said anything. Our tv only had 2 channels and one was all in Spanish. The refrigerator cabinet was already broke when we got there. I made sure I went back downstairs immediately so they wouldn’t say we did it. The room was not clean. It was candy paper on the floor not enough towels or wash clothes. They knew it would be 4 of us checking in on top of that the towels had stains on it like it never been washed. This is not how you take care of your customers.
  : I didn’t like the room. It was dirty and the refrigerator cabinet was broken and hanging off. The air conditioner was off and on cool. The bed being made up was a rushed job. The bathroom was not clean. I had to go to Target and buy some bathroom cleaner and clean it myself. They didn’t even provide 4 towels and 4 washcloths knowing it was 4 people checking in. There was candy paper all on the floor. The tv only had 2 channels and one channels was all Spanish. The internet didn’t work at all. I went downstairs that evening to get the code and they tell me it’s not working. I said only have tv channels on the tv as well. They tell me the tv acting up as well. How could I be happy when you can’t enjoy the room you paid for? The pool never opened the entire time we were there. The breakfast area never opened. They don’t tell you any of this before you pay for it. Which they should so you can weigh your options and go somewhere else that would provide you with the stuff you need and you pay for.

  : Front desk was friendly
  : There was no TV, no pool, no breakfast, no phone in room, the outside doors were broken anyone could get in, the elevator was missing the light covers and wires were hanging down and the hallways smelled like pot.

  : It was pretty close to my destination!Check in was smooth and front desk clerk was compassionate about me being close to my other room.
  : The beds were dirty still had the last person hair in the bed, we slept on top of the bed. Weed inbetween the bed and nightstand, paper under the bed. Ac leaking on the floor.. I'M a housekeeper so I know what a room is suppose to look like and that was not it. One face towel in one room. Two in the other but we had 6 guest. So I had to go to a local Walmart and buy us some towels. My TV never worked the whole time. They said they were sending somebody and no one ever showed. Night front desk clerk was rude as hell ! Had her headphones on the whole time I was talking. No ice. Never Will I Ever Stay at This Place again !

  : 1st room had roaches and the smell of mildew when u walked in was strong. Seeing mold around the windows and on the curtains gross. Elevator broken. Stairs felt like u would fall through.2nd room had old French fries on the floor. Found a kid toy under my bed. Bed sheets or skirt had mildew stains.

  : The toilet didn't work and the big problem was the cockroaches all around the room, it look nice from outside but inside was disappointed
