  : It wasn’t very clean. For instance, our bed sheets had what looked like an old skittle stuck to it, food from the previous guest was left in the kitchen, and we saw a bug. They were VERY stingy about linens- we were given no blankets, just top sheets; one towel for two people to share; and just one pillow each. They would only give us one extra pillow (in total, not per person) and one towel for each person and acted like we were ridiculous for wanting more. The elevator was broken the whole time we were there, even though the guy at the front desk said it would be fixed in an hour. The hallway had a weird smell, and also, we saw a cord sticking out of a hole in the wall and plugged into a hallway outlet, which seems unsafe.

  : The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. It was old, in a bad location and smelled bad. I asked for a first floor room due to having surgery. They gave me a third floor room and the elevator did not work.

  : Well, it was cheap and the room was big. Spouse didn’t mind the quality of the bed. AC worked well and hot water was instant.
  : Oy. From the moment we stepped in and smelled the pungent odor of bad weed wash over the lobby, we probably should have just canceled and rebooked.Our room was missing several fundamentals: towels (literally had zero towels), blankets, pillows, shampoo, soap (INCLUDING HAND SOAP!), conditioner. Called down to the office and they said they were out of everything until the next day except towels; and even then we only got one set for two people and had to go back the next day for a second set. The room itself was less than stellar condition, especially the bathroom: the bathroom door did not shut and the shower faucet and handle felt like they were about to come apart.Perhaps the biggest red flag was that the elevator was out of order during our stay; annoying, and since neither of us have mobility issues so we managed, but the hotel really should have reached out to guests before arrival to allow older folks/ people with injuries to cancel or rebook.

  : In both rooms there were roaches, no towels in one room, one bed was missing the blanket on the bed called for another blanket to which they replied they had run out of blankets, air conditioner in one room didn't work well it was hot in the room from the time we checked in until we left in the morning
