  : For starters yall didn’t have anything but cereal, and no milk. So this means NO breakfast included like it says. They didn’t even take the chairs down for you to sit!! That’s the first time I started getting shady answers about my deposit! It’s been 30 days AFTER the stay and I still don’t have my 50$ back, or my 9.19$ that they charged me and won’t explain to me why!!! It was charged 32 minutes AFTER my 50$. I have opened a complaint on this, got a number, but then NOBODY calls me back!!! I continue to call they keep telling me that they have no supervisor no manager on site at the hotel in Houma. So the corporate office says they can’t do anything. It has to be the hotel. It’s snow for us stayed. They’re The hotel and Homa is trying to say they refunded my money on 18 June. Well, I have my bank statement in my hand and nothing was refunded to me. Not today not not ever so I put attachment with my bank statement of those days to show nothing was returned to me. I still have gotten a return and I still want my $50, it’s only $50 but that’s my $50 . So I don’t know what needs to happen from here, but I do have a lawyer friend and I did get in touch with him about this situation
  : People that you charge for deposit and keep it! Tell me it would be returned to me before I hit the parking lot that same very day you told me three business days 5 to 7 business days now you’re saying after I won’t leave this situation alone that you’ll return my money on 18 June. I have my bank statement in my hand and it has not been returned to me not on that date or any other date, my lawyer in hand, he is fixing to take over this situation. I have contacted customer care and they have not seem to do anything about this situation either so I guess I need to take matters into my own hands if you feel you need to reach me.   : When I decided not to stay in that filth and left!
  : Disgusting property. When we pulled in the parking lot was COVERED in trash and litter and even stray animals, I knew this had to be a joke. (The photos are 100% a bait and switch)Upon entering the lobby, the smell was vile. I was approached before even reaching the counter, by I'm assuming an owner or manager (they had no uniform or name tag). This lady informed me I could not check in, yet had not even ask me my name. She was pointing and being aggressive for no reason. I tried to explain that I had booked an early check in. After her telling me no several times and seeing how filthy the property was inside and out I decided to leave and book some where else. She proceeded to chase me and my children out the door. She never took my name or looked up my reservation. I've never dealt with someone so rude and hostile in my life. Was one of the craziest experiences I've ever had. Again I can only assume she worked there but she was wearing nothing identifying.
