Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 16 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$150 per person per stay when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Waikiki Whale Watcher Apts 703AJ in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Waikiki Whale Watcher Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
A damage deposit of USD 600 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
