A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The taxes are excluded from the room cost and need to be added on to get your total cost. We provide a one time cleaning after you leave and do NOT provide daily maid service. We do not have a front desk so you need to contact Waikiki Place in advance for check-in instructions for this vacation rental and coordinate a time to meet them at the property. Your credit card will be kept on file as a security deposit against damages to the condo or its contents incurred during rental period.
