Kawaiahaʻo Church is a historic church located in Honolulu, Hawaii. It was built in 1842 and is the oldest standing church in Hawaii. The church is constructed of coral blocks and has a thatched roof. It is one of the few remaining examples of Hawaiian architecture.
The church was built by King Kamehameha III and Queen Kalama as a place of worship for the Hawaiian people. It is considered to be the birthplace of the Hawaiian nation. The church was also the site of the first Hawaiian Sunday School and the first Christian mission in Hawaii.
