  : I liked everything about our stay! We had a really nice condo with a great view. The bed was extremely comfortable! We thought the staff in the lobby were all great and very helpful whenever we needed anything, we especially liked Ricky his always friendly and happy to have a chat. The pool area is fantastic,and the little shop is so handy. We would definitely stay at Island Colony again!
  : Only complaint was the tv,we couldn’t get it to work properly it looked like it was recently put in room because the one on the wall didn’t work, and not enough storage place for clothes and luggage but not a big deal

  : Lock on the front door was loose, doors to balcony couldn’t be locked to the floor so the banged in the wind. Could do with upgrading the crockery and cutlery, more than one set would have been nice.

  : The location of the property was perfect but unfortunately that is where it all stopped service, cleanliness of the room was poor and not to the standard I was expecting.
  : The pillows were terrible the room was not clean upon arrival there was splashed of feises under the toilet seat it was hard to find someone to help us because of who we booked through the person who worked in the office was not in her office on the displayed time other staff helped us in the hotel and appeared frustrated with the company we booked through it felt like no one wanted to take responsibility for us. The cleaning products in the room were not suitable we had car wipes I found this frustrating especially when room was dirty and needed to clean the toilet the tv had something splashed over the screen which also needed cleaning.the pillows and beds were terrible didn’t look clean sheets didn’t even fit bed and kept coming off during the night I had to remake the bed so I was able to tuck the sheets into but they were still too small for the bed.kitchen light didn’t work most of the trip and the bathroom tap dropped the entire time. Had to share shower with our friends as there shower wasn’t working this was an inconvenience. Definarely expected the kitchen to be bigger from photos not what we were expecting from online photos. Expensive for quality of room and poor to no service. Security of the room was also questionable as we had the same door code as our friends. Did not feel safe leaving belongings in room as did not know who else had the same code. Compared to the room next to us which I looked at when it was being cleaned our room didn’t even compare. The kitchen facilities were very minimal compared with our friends we only had the basics would of been nice to have some salad bowls extra drinking cups and clean cupboards. Next door was clean beds were clean looked comfortable and room was well presented. It felt like our room had the beds made roughly and the tony just quickly tidied before we got here. There was black hair in the bathroom and floor was dirty. Wgasn’t enough towels for the 4 of us on arrival and was directed to use the pool towels
