  : location was great because our daughter only lived 10 minutes away The parking area is good and the unit access with the keyless entry worked well. Nice to have access to washer and dryer at the apartment.
  : The shower in our unit leaked into the floor. Just a heads up about the shower head. it was leaking at the connection to the head. I think a new flex hose is needed.

  : Location was why we picked this spot. It was great! Close to grocery store, several places to eat!
  : The unit could have used hooks! No hooks in the bath or bedroom too hang towels or clothes. Also, if there are renters in the unit above you will hear every step they take. I don't know if they would put rugs down in the upper unit if that would muffle the noise or not.

  : The place is nice and in a good location. Very close to the beach and the grocery store.
  : The shower leaked onto the floorThe AC in the main bedroom would not go below 80 degrees. It was August in Florida so not too comfortable sleeping at night.

  : The location was great, a short walk from the beach, and near stores and restaurants. The beach supplies were plentiful and the kitchen supplied pretty well. The staff was responsive, but a little hard to reach over the holiday weekend .
  : A/C had to be fixed, which took a couple days . 3 window-style air conditioners plus a bathroom fan made for a very noisy unit.

  : It is very easy to hear the people upstairs. When anyone walks in the upstairs condo, it sounds like elephants stomping and sometimes shakes. That was the ONLY part of the place I didn't like, but it was very disturbing and uncomfortable at times and made it so I could not sleep.

  : There was nothing likeable about this property. Rent siesta key and Adam Neumeier are a fraudulent and deceitful outfit. I would never recommend renting any of their properties.
  : When we arrived at the property we called the company immediately letting them know that the property wasn’t as advertised and that things seemed dirty, dusty, worn and just not inhabitable for us given that we have an a 4 month old baby and an eleven year old with severe allergies. We were immediately met with hostility and evasiveness over the phone with John the reservation stating that he couldn’t help us immediately and then thus putting the phone down us, which under the circumstances whilst on holiday caused a high level of distress to both my partner and I. We were eventually given a number to then contact Adam Neumeier the property manager who’s actions we’d come to find out would be absolutely deceitful and fraudulent. Adam arrived at the property and we explained our discontent and feeling uncomfortable in the property due to the aforementioned issues with our children. Adam proposed that if we would want to leave the property that we would need to cancel through bookings to free up the space so he could rent it out during our dates and that would be the only way to get our money back. He claimed this several times and stated that he didn’t have the power to issue us a refund. He then suggested that we move into another one of their properties whilst we waited for that as a possibility. Given the circumstances we went to see the alternative property and he stated we could move into the suggested property for a few nights whilst he attempted to let out the property we initially booked. As Adam gave us very little options we decided to stay. The night that we stayed we were awoken by our eldest child screaming at 4am in the morning as he had found a dead coach roach beneath the bed in the child’s bedroom he was sleeping in. Later that same morning I found one crawling out of the same kids bedroom. This was the absolute last straw for us and we left immediately that morning.
