2- Reserved Beach Parking on site for USD 20 per day, per car.
3- Reserved Beach Parking on next door parking lot for USD 35 per day.

Since We rent Studios 1 & 2 Bedroom Beach Suites With Full equipped kitchen, Turn OVER takes about 2 Hours for each Suite & most of the Guests who stay 2+ nights use the Kitchen.
On our Menu we have a Final Deep Cleaning Fee of $30 for normal Cleaning for 2+ nights Stay
$30/h for Extra Cleaning for guests who really trash their suite
+ $250/ Deep Steam Cleaning for Guests Smoking Inside their suite.
City of Hollywood Has implemented a new Streets Parking Pass System for Hotel guests who will have to enter their Tag & pay for Parking Streets daily rate is $20/Day + taxes.
