  : Unit was not ready at the time the owner promised to return half of the first night and give the room clean as a gift .... Of course he did not return and cleaning only once once instead of three that was closed

  : This condo and resort complex opened in 2017 and it provides great views of the beach, ocean and city. It is impressive and very well located at the corner of Hallandale Beach blvd and S Ocean Drive. My experience at the condo was good.The 2 bedroom place we got was roomy. It had a large balcony spanning the entire condo, where you can access from either bedroom or living room. The IKEA kitchen had high quality kitchen appliances. The quality of the doors and sink faucets was a bit on the cheap side. Our unit has a great view of the ocean and Fort Lauderdale downtown. Very spacious. The restaurant and pool are were very nice. The hot tub has a lot of chlorine, so be aware. You get 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and towels each day. Overall a good choice in the FLL - Hollywood beach area.
  : Some areas of improvement:- The shower dispensers were empty (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) but they did hav small little bottles on the counter (which were not enough for our 7 day stay) - There were some basic kitchen supplies like plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans, but I wished they had serving bowls and platters for the food we prepared, pot holders to get stuff out of the oven, kitchen towels, etc. For a 7 day stay, we had not enough kleenex tissues nor garbage bags. - We called ahead asking if the kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker, we were told YES. When we arrived with a box of Keurig pods, we realized it was a Nespresso unit not a Keurig unit. - When we arrived we noticed stains on the sofa and several light bulbs out. We called and the maintenance staff came the next day to change the light bulbs.

  : The view from the apartment was amazing. The restaurant was atmospheric, food delicious but a little bit overpriced. Didnt visit the pool because we prefer a beach and a pair of chaise lounges and umbrella that we got were pretty comfortable.
  : The cleanliness and the host were our headache. The host wasn't hospitable. The only time he responded to a call was the day before check-out just because we texted him that have issue. All other time he responded only to texts and even hadnt introduced himself. Before arrival I asked for an early check-in (3 times, lol). He said it depends on the previous guests. The reception told that the previous guests will check-out at 3pm and the staff need 1 hour for cleaning. On the last day we asked the host about late check-out - he gave only 1 hour because the property needs 4 HOURS for cleaning (just to remind - previous guests checked-out at 3pm). No questions, but just imagine we checked-in and the floor was so disgusting that it looked like wasnt cleaned at all. Long black hair was everywhere, dish was oily, the coach had old stains and one of the chairs had a cigarette hole. The promo booklet had a lot of holes looked like it was shot with a bunch of bullets. We were so exhausted and spent the whole day in the lobby after the flight with a 1 year old baby (and the host knew about her), and you give us so dirty apartment - we didnt have any energy and time to solve the problem. The only thing we asked to check-out later. The host gave only 1 hour this was nothing regarding such a quality of the cleaning. We asked to check-out at 2pm he denied. We were ok with that but asked for a cleaning fee refund. I think it was totally fair. He denied again. The day before check-out we spent a lot of time with a customer support and agreed that we will check-out on time but the host will refund us a cleaning fee. We checked-out at 12pm but the month has passed and we didnt get any refund. We had 2 more conversations with the customer support and they contacted the host who said that he will not provide a refund (how smart you promised, but now guests are gone).

  : Everything is great, very convince, beach is right there, workers very very good and nice people, specially door man was extremely helpful, we have great time and want to come back again!
  : In the toilet was no bathroom accessories( toilet paper, soup, shampoo...), floor was extremely dirty so we have to wash floor by ourselves and main and big problem was elevator, we have to wait minimum 15-30 minutes every single time with huge line. Valet park is extremely slow, waiting time for vehicle minimum 20-30 minutes and trying to call from room to get vehicle ready is just waist of time because valet people never picked up phone.

  : Hi. Good place, view, city and staff. A pool is heated on the 9th floor. Price lower than other apartment near by ocean.
  : Some furniture was broken or bad condition. The long line to the elevator and on the beach to get chairs, towels. Some time we had waited about 20-30min. (The Christmas time)
