  : Gorgeous kitchen and comfortable bed.
  : Kitchen one skillet no other cook/ bakeware, one bath towel per person no extras, one hand towel for 1 & 1/2 bathrooms and no kitchen towel, no ice maker, problem with crawling bugs, site stated use of pool but not on property or directions to get there. Sofa needs to be cleaned. We had a 430 check in but due to traffic did not get there until 6 pm and unit was not 100% ready.

  : The apartment was very well appointed - high-end finishes. It was very comfortable. The location was wonderful for us (we wanted to be away from the crowds). If you are looking to be in the middle of the action, this is not the place. It is in a small neighborhood and quiet.The beach is right at the end of the street (maybe 75 yards). There are no beach chairs on the beach, but there is a WONDERFUL courtyard on the side of the apartment building and there seemed to be beach chairs there to carry to the beach if you wanted. If you want access to the staff, well, good luck! You won't ever see them.This place is walking distance to the pier for fishing. The beaches are clean but small. We did not access the sister property (The Mint). There is a WONDERFUL seafood place (The Tiki) within walking distance on the main road facing the intercoastal, almost under the drawbridge. If you venture onto the rocks on the other side of the drawbridge, there are tons on iguanas! We had lots of fun watching them.
  : The back door of the apartment is permanently sealed. You cannot exit that door (from the bedroom). Why? I have no idea. It seems in perfect working order from the inside and outside, but it is sealed. Would have been nice to have that area for a smoking area. There were stairs and chairs just outside the door.You need a car if you stay in this area unless you learn to ride the bus. There is plenty of parking available, unlike Hollywood Beach! There is public transit that comes to this area.

  : Apartment was clean and tidy. The cleaning lady was the only staff i encountered this weekend. (I was trying to chase down the nonexistent office manager) The cleaning person was very pleasant and did a great job with the apartment
  : The Apartment was not what I expected. The advertisement was very misleading. It indicated there was a pool and other facilities on the property which there was not. It was an empty building where I was the only guest the entire time. There is no management on either of the properties that this person owns. I suspect it's one person who is sitting at home watching soaps and ignoring phone calls. Weeks before the booking i tried to change the checkout date due to a change of plans. I called the resort and left a message but never heard back from them. I was unable to change the dates through booking.com either even though i was the only booking the entire weekend!! When I finally got a hold of the manager she gave me the runaround and told me to contact booking.com, while booking.com told me to contact the property. I am disappointed with both the property and booking.com. from now on I will be using a different site for reservations. The information the site gives is very misleading. I think I'm booking a staffed resort and it turns out to be an abandoned building.
