: Located inside of Palmetto Dunes this unit is has great access to the beach. The unit is great for two families with two separate bedrooms and three full baths including a washer/dryer. Also a large common area and two porches for everyone to gather.
: The gated access requires you to pickup gate passes at a separate location besides Palmetto Dunes.

: The condo was a close walk to the beach and great location to grocery and restaurants. The condo was very spacious and we liked the bedrooms being separated by the kitchen.
: We had several issues that we addressed with the company. First we had trouble locating our condo. The numbers were not as described. The keypad lock would not work and we had to call for assistance. We did get a timely response. The door needs updated. We noticed the utility door was covered in dust and opened to discover layers of black dust and a filter that was saturated in the black layers. The shower curtain in the guest bath was torn causing water outside of the tub. The refrigerator door handle had been broken snd instead of getting a new handle it was rigged with screws that hindered the freezer door to close. There was no hot water at the sink in the guest bathroom. In the master bathroom did not work. All of these issues were reported to office with pictures. We had a maintenance guy come and left to pick up filters and shower curtain. We never saw him again!
