  : Location of the property was fine. The pictures of the ocean front access were deceiving. It was over a mile walk to get access to the beach. Excellent being pet friendly, that was why I selected the property. Loved all the bike paths and places to explore with pup. Easy access to move around the resort. Wish the amenities pass was included in our rental. Master bedroom shower, was excellent. Love the detail to add a lower foot stoop to help when shaving your legs!
  : VTrips, did not provide the correct codes for accessing the paperwork at the office. Luckily we arrived just after 5pm and someone happened to come the door and was able to assist. Coding for the keyless entry to the unit was published incorrectly and said welcome pack picked up just previously at the office. Had to call the office line and someone in Jacksonville was able to assist and provide us access. It was a dated 2 bedroom condo. Specifically, old and outdated kitchen. Please invest a few hundred to get a new oven/stove. A little W-D 40 for the non sliding glass door would have been helpful. The dampness in the unit was surprising and very noticeable. The temperature was fine left at 72 as instructed, but we could feel the dampness in the air. Towels wouldnt dry inside and resting on the couch and pillows was awkward. Adding a dehumidifier would be most helpful. Towel rack was clearly hanging by a thread in the master bathroom.
