  : The house was clean
  : 1)Upon our arrival the yard had not been cut, poison ivy spreading on porch. We arrived on Saturday and called they said it would be cut Tuesday, we check out on Wednesday so grand kids could not go out and play in yard. 2)We had 4 guests and only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person for 5 baths, I dont know your standards but we dont use wash cloths over and over, what is the first thing you wash and the last thing you wash. 3)When we walk in the house it did look clean but it was hot the central ac unit would not work. They said there were 2 window units and ceiling fans that it would cool off in an hour or so. Is that good accommodations. 4)We tried to use the grill, an electric grill and it kept blowing the breakers. Now we are requesting a partial refund. Sincerely, disappointed.
