  : Did not have breakfast there.
  : Bathroom sink had no hot water (only cold). Closet door was off the hinge at the bottom of door. Microwave did not work properly. It would not spin to warm food properly (one of the rollers was missing from the spinner). Air conditioner was noisy and the door where the controls are located was broken off the hinges. The surface of the A/C unit was very dirty. The walls were marred and dirty (especially in the bathroom). And the floors of the suite were dirty. The bedspread was placed on the bed on the wrong side. The shower curtain was tattered.The elevator was a little beserk as well. After getting on and pressing the button to go to the necessary floor, the door would close and then suddenly open again, before finally closing and transporting you to the proper floor. Very frustrating when I was rushing out to any scheduled appointments I had that Sunday. I would sum it up this way: It was an awful experience!It just did not reach the "minimal standards" of other Comfort Inns where I've stayed in the past. Most recently (June 2024) I stayed at Comfort Inn Suites in Little Rock, AR (at 11 Crossing Court). The Little Rock property was immaculate by comparison and just in general. What's more, when I reported several of the problems with the room to the front desk at the Hattiesburd (about 30 minutes after checking in and to make sure they didn't try to charge me for these damages), they never offered to change my room. I was so tired from my travel, I didn't even bother to suggest a room chage either!Also, I didn't like that front desk staff added an additional cost onto the room which was not included when I booked the room, as reflected on the confirmation payment receipt which I received. When I later inquired about the additional cost, the lady stammered and said, "I think it's some type of "environmental fee, or something like that, but I'll remove it." Very suspect.
