  : What a beautiful area in a little crook of Maryland! Convenient and cheap.
  : Everything in the room needs updating. Not for aesthetics, but because the room smelled of mildew. I don't believe any level of cleaning would erase the smell. Of course, the adage, "You get what you pay for," is alive and well! This, after all, was a reservation I made, knowing the chance of material upgrade was remote at best.

  : Bath tub was peeling and almost did not drain at all. Very very very slow drain. Dirt in corners of floor and walls in bath should be vacuumed.

  : The price, wood paneling, staff was accommodating to special needs.
  : The bathroom needed new plumbing fixtures - the sink faucet was hard to move and the shower diverter broke. Many switches in the bathroom didn’t work. A lamp cord was broken off in the outlet.

  : Cleanliness…there was hair and used soap in the shower. Room had an odor.

  : Close to the C&O trail and places to eat.
  : Owner without notice charged extra for charging e-bike batteries in rooms. Showers do not drain.
