  : Great location, 7 minutes from the beach, fast Beach shuttle, across from Walmart, very nice apartment
  : The utensils and pots and pans were all dirty and I had to wash them - one pot had food still in it but was on the shelf, there were no trash bags left until late on the night prior to checkout and no sponge/towel to clean dishes. Dishwasher also needs stabilizing and TV remote batteries need replacing.

  : The room was not clean, the floors was dirty I can go on and on but I'm not just don't stay there. The rooms do not look like the pictures

  : The staff and the elevators. Took 20 mins everytime just to wait for elevator

  : location was very nice did not receive any breakfast. roof top pool was closed as well as th restaurants was a little disappointed
  : provide toasters that work it took three toasters to get 1` to work, also could use a better coffee pot a little samall for a party of four.

  : The place was really disgusting. Holes in wall wall scuff marks and really dirty upholstery.

  : The host was very nice and friendly, she allowed us to check-in early and if need would allow us to check-out later. And they provided a clean suite that was able to accommodate my family and I very well. It's directly across the street from Wal-Mart so that was a plus. Lots of shopping shops and restaurants to select from close by. Right next to the Bay, so you get to see the boats come and go. Great view looking out towards the Fort Lauderdale area.
  : The pool was very small for such a large building, the pool was also closed for 3 days while they drained the pool because someone dropped glass in the there is an attendant that checks log to verify residency, so they should've been firmer about Pool Rules to have avoided the broken glass issue). The building has only 2 elevators for around 30 floors, takes over 15 minutes for it to arrive and then you can only hope it's not packed. Housekeeping needs their own elevator to travel up & down floors because they have large travel baskets that takes up a lot of space. They don't provide complimentary umbrellas while at the beach, you'll have to pay an additional $85 for them.
