  : The property looks like a shelter for the homeless it had a lot of traffic and it had a terrible dusty smell the room available had no entry key the shower curtain rod was being held together by a rag / broken.
  : The smell the dirty glass the dirty common areas carpet looked very dirty the building smelled horrible and the shower rod was damaged security wasn’t safe since I had to get the front desk to let me inside if I exited out.

  : Fridge was filthy. Tv remote wasn't properly set up for tv. There was a leftover dirty washcloth from a previous guest. We asked for towels multiple times and never received any. There seemed to only be two employees in total. Whole place smelled like cigarettes.

  : Absolutely nothing. The conditions were so bad I forfeited my payment (no cancellation reimbursement) and left without using the room.
  : In all my 71years I’ve never seen a place so appallingly filthy. The lobby was dingy. The front desk had a handwritten sign indicating that there may be no one at the desk for awhile as they are short staffed so the staff member may be away doing other duties. A young lady finally arrived (she was very sweet- the one positive thing about this horrible experience), and although I had concerns, I went ahead and checked in. Upon leaving the elevator (which had trash lying inside a a very dirty floor), I walked down the hallway to my room and saw the carpeting was absolutely filthy with plastic straws, paper cups, and other debris lying around on a carpet that appeared to have never seen a vacuum cleaner. The various plug in air conditioners on the floor on the halls had their plugs out of the outlets. Both the cords and the units were very dirty. People were yelling up and down the hallway (there were signs on the wall asking for quiet), and I heard one woman yell “This bed is filthy “. When I finally got to the room my key didn’t work and I took it to be a sign and decided to leave. I told the young lady who signed me in that I didn’t blame her stall, but the place was uninhabitable and although it was late at night and I had no idea where to go I couldn’t stay there. She actually apologized and said she understood. I think the Health Department should check that awful place out snd close it down.
