: The comfortability of the room and bed. Me and my husband rested well. It was in a great spot. The pool was good and clean and the check in staff when I arrived was excellent
: The housekeeping staff and manager on duty. I thought I had to check out but I was told I had another night, so I went back to my room, I asked was our room going to be refreshed and I was told yes by the housekeeping manager. That’s was 9:30am that Sunday we left and came back at 4:45pm and my room was still dirty l, no fresh sheets or towels so I went to the front desk and asked how long before a housekeeper will be there to clean the room, she said she didn’t know it’s has been 7 hours we was gone and now it’s time to go to bed . The front desk Ms Ashley didn’t have a care about us at all nor did she have any since of urgency with us going to bed. She finally called the housekeeper and told her to finish what she was doing and come straight to me, buy the time she came it was 8pm and she made our bed and cleaned the bathroom only to find out she was sent to two different rooms. I was very pist off. I was late taken medication and going to sleep. In stead of the housekeeping supervisor helping her she left her with rooms to finish alone. I felt bad for her because I use to be one ( housekeeper Supervisor) and I never leave without helping my team.

: The room was promoted as non smoking but it smelled horribly of cigarettes and even had ashtrays in the room. There was also quite a bit odor surrounding the environment of others smoking weed. It was very strong.

: I liked the area and close to what we needed. Quiet. I liked the hot breakfast but they could serve turkey sausage besides pork Everyone doesn't eat it.
: I rate it a 8 only bc of the meat they serve for breakfast and the pool there was kids hitting back flips in pool and it was crowded
