: Location was perfect
: The unit was gross, dirty. Blood on the door frame in bathroom, dirty walls, white stain on couch, dirty chairs with holes, 3 tvs-none worked, handle missing in shower-not able to use until 2 days into our stay and lock had to be changed upon our arrival. Spoke with several people on Sunday for maintenance requested someone in customer service contact me. Spoke to no one after being assured my info (communication via text including pictures) was being addressed. I received an e mail apologizing only after my check out and very detailed review.

: The location was great, and very close to all other places you would want to go while in gulf shores
: Well we first got there and I immediately started taking pictures of everything broken so I would not be charge and held accountable for them. Kitchen sink completely detached from the counter, ice maker didnt work, holes in the walls in various places, couch was disgusting with white dried residue on it ( black Suede couch) . It was clean for the most part but one of the beds was unusable due to the nasty bed spread on the bed, it had huge stains all over it ( debated the cleanliness of the whole bed) neither of the showers worked completely the way they were suppose to. And the property manager did not even try to bring new blankets to fix the situation or anything. Just emails saying they would be in contact to fix the situation.

: Available last minute for a great deal! Right on the beach, private parking, minimal stairs, has an elevator allowing for easy unloading from car.
: The toilet in the master was missing the screws in the ground so it felt like it was going to tip every time you sat on it. We found a few cockroaches in the condo when we got there. These things didnt bother us as we know its a rental property and we got a great deal staying there.
