  : Loved the location. Everything was very nice.
  : Only complaint was I got bit by a brown recluse the first night staying there. I’m just glad it was me and not one of my 4 children. I now have a hole in my arm and it is still having to have medicine put on it every day.

  : Location was good. Right on the beach and a good distance from most restaurants and attractions. Pool was okay and it was relatively easy to check in.
  : the room was a little outdated. We didn't stay in the room a lot but it could use an update. The floor squeaked terribly in the hallway by the main bedroom. Water pressure in the master bath was terrible. We booked a room for 8 people but they only give you one parking pass for the property - and the security guard WILL attempt to have your car towed.

  : First off, we were sent an email about registering our vehicle for parking and also were told there would be overflow parking across the street so that extra vehicles were allowed. When we called the number they had no idea what we were taking about as to registering a car, and after arrival we were told we were lied to and that there was no additional Parking across the street. Which put us in a bind as to where to park our other vehicle. Second, the place was filthy. There is NO way theseLinens were adequately washed. We found a toenail in one bed. Another bed had a huge blood like stain that was on the whole Comforter and a bathing suit liner sticking to it. Also another bed had a dead bug in the bed. The sink leaks. The dryer squeaks horrendously loud. It sounds like a car caught in a cars fan belt! The mattresses feel like sleeping on a concrete slab. They need to be changed out. In conclusion, 2/10 stars would not recommend. And the 2 stars is for the air conditioner unit and the beach access.

  : The location. The price
  : The interior was not very clean. The main bathroom toilet seems to be very unsteady and possibly about to fall through the floor. Most all of the blinds are broken. The dryer squeals very loudly. The first bedroom on the left, the outside door does not lock. Bedroom TV's cable does not work. Water pressure in the showers are at a very minimum. There are broken lamps with wires showing. Parking needs to be evaluated.

  : The door code was sent to me via my cellphone ahead of check-in time, so we only had to go straight to the property.
  : The parking was limited to only one spot for this unit even though it is a 3 bedroom condo. We would have chosen to bring 2 vehicles to transport all 7 of us if there were 2 parking spots available. Once we were at the property, we learned from others staying there that some units do allow more than 1 parking pass, so we thought that was not fair. Also, we had to ask someone to move out of our parking spot once while we were there.
