  : Balcony chairs were broke so we couldn't sit on the balcony. The Hot tub had slimy stuff floating in it the entire time we stayed so it was never cleaned and we never got to get in. The pool was honestly too cold for my kid to enjoy. The dishwasher was broke the entire stay. The floors turned your feet black, but looked clean. Location was perfect tho.

  : Location is perfect and condo is amazing. Slight elevator issues, but nothing to major. Definitely would recommend.

  : Location. Nice room, good size rooms and bathrooms. Love balcony on the beach. Pool temperature was nice as well. Parking was easy
  : Doors locked between indoor and outdoor pool One of the chairs out on balcony leg broke when 5 year sat down. Just rusted leg due to weather conditions

  : The balcony view was very nice! By the way, anyone reading this should know that umbrella and recliner services are available here thru a third party. I had a hard time trying to get confirmation on this.
  : It took 2 hours to get help getting into our room (5 of us). The combination code on the door did not work. Five phone calls later, a tech came out and let us in. We were not able to get good dining since we were not able to get into our room until 6:30 PM. When we left to go eat, most restaurants had wait times of more than 1.5 hours. There was a huge hole in the ceiling as we walked into the unit. The TV did not work well in the bedroom, The bed creaked and was not very comfortable. The sliding door in the living room was broken on the outside. My wife hurt her hand on the heavy glass shower door. Someone came by the room and let us know we would receive some compensation. I was later told we would see a refund of $50 which I was a little insulted by. They said that was the best they could do.
