  : Location
  : First we were towing our boat and was told that they had no room in the parking lot for a boat so we had to pay a random person down the road $50 to park our boat in his yard. Then there were cars randomly parked in the parking lot because there was not enough room for all the cars. We were not allowed to check into our room until about 5:30 because the room wasn't ready. When we finally got into the room there was food on the floor and trash on the floor behind the curtains. The facility was just dingy and looked to be not well maintained. There was food all over the pool deck and some of the chairs were broken. I think they need a visit from a health inspector. I don't think we will be staying there again.

  : The room was not cleaned when we entered. The carpet was filthy, and the AC wouldn't turn off. They never had laundry soap for their facilities for the entire stay and the parking was horrible. The ants around the pool area made the stay difficult, and the pool was dirty.

  : My family and I enjoyed the pools and the beach access. When we were done at the beach, we were able to enter in by the pools and swim. I loved that there were many restaurants to choose from inside and surrounding the hotel.
  : I did not like that we were unable to get enough towels for our stay. I had to ask several times and was told that they would be brought to the room.

  : The only positive about this hotel is the location.
  : So many problems:-Room wasn't ready for 4pm check-in, waited 45 mins-only ice machine that worked was on the 5th floor in tower 1-room was dirty eve after we waited all that time-had to keep going to the lobby to ask for towels and things for our room because they never brought them to us-laundry machines were card only but wouldn't read any cards-elevator got stuck and was so slow so we used the stairs the whole time-breakfast was $24.00 for an adult and $15.00 for a child and wasn't worth the cost, the lady doing omelets burned them and looked like she hated her job-floors 4 and 7 had vending machine/ice machine rooms that were hotter than outside-floor 3 had water all over the floor and they were using floor drying machines like you do for flooding after a hurricane -we asked for our parking tag and were told that Noone checks that but yet we had to pay to park there
