  : Dirty. Even new sheets were stained and didn't appear to have been cleaned. Smelled. Shower was moldy and disgusting. Had to wait to check in until housekeeping was done, and it didn't look like they did anything

  : Found out upon arrival that the continental breakfast was not available due to Covid. Booking Website did not state this. Was disappointed, it was part of the reason we booked.
  : Beds were decent, but Cleanliness left much to be desired. Smelled of cigarettes, ashes in drawer, clearly broken and sharp ironing board left in closet, no top sheets, bathroom not very clean, mildew in tub, fridge dirty and not very cold. Also, melted blow dryer in bathroom seemed hazardous. Tub didn’t drain well.

  : DO NOT STAY HERE!! Called a week a head to tell them we were arriving really late... 1:30am. I asked them to flag us on the reservation. I called as we were leaving and they said we could not check in that late...a.k.a. we couldn't have the room. We stayed in a different hotel and went to Days Inn the next day. At check in, he tried to tell us we were booked for 2 rooms one night. It was supposed to be 1 room for 2 nights. It did get corrected though. Once in the room, we were absolutely disgusted. Bed looked like it had been slept in. The pillow had stains on it.A drawer was missing from the bureau. Pubic/body hair on bathroom floor. The carpet had definately NOT been vacuumed as after walking around for 10 minutes my feet were black!!! We asked for the number for the corporate office.. This place is filthy and gross. We DO NOT recommend staying here. We booked our 2nd night at the Ramada next door and were treated to awesome customer service and sparkling clean hotel and rooms.

  : we found a living bug in our bed, there’s bottles of shampoo and conditioner in between the wall and the sink, there’s clumps of hair all over the bathroom floor and there was old popcorn behind the nightstand.
