  : Close to town and a short walk down the street to the water. Sleeps a lot of people for such a compact space. Great outdoors area for fires and hanging out plus the screened in areas. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. We visited in the very warm summer months so the AC and portable fans were appreciated. Also appreciated the place being pet friendly - even included dog bowls on site!
  : While some critters are expected indoors in this wooded type of environment, there could be more attention paid to ensuring the spider webs and actual spiders are vacuumed up from the sleeping areas. The upstairs sleeping area gets very little cool air so just something to keep in mind if visiting when it is not cool enough outside to benefit from a breeze through the windows.
