  : We came to check in at 5 pm and the room wasn’t ready and came back after 7 and they still weren’t ready. Rooms should of been ready at 3 pm and there was no communication. Didn’t get to my room until midnight and still paid full price which is absolutely infuriating.

  : arrived to check in and was told my room would be ready in 30 min. Had to wait over 3 hours with other families to get a room, and all attractions in downtown I was interested in were closed by that time. I could not put my car in the deck until after I had a room, which contained personal items I was not comfortable carrying around downtown or leaving in my car. after three hours and my room was still not ready, I was put in a double room with a view over the parking deck. I had originally wanted a king with a view of the field, but at that point I had to take whatever was available. front staff were kind, but overall the situation was ridiculous and I do not intend to stay there again. I paid a lot to get a specific experience and was disappointed.
