  : Great location, well maintained and very comfortable. We were able to walk to great hiking trails and it is close to so many great venues. Loved the retro decor and breakfast at the Red Lion Inn.

  : The bathroom toilet was filthy! Clearly had not been cleaned in weeks.The sink faucet leaked from both hot and cold handles. Floor and moldings were also filthy.No staff on site.12.00 dollar voucher for the Red Lion a joke. That would not cover a coffee and muffin!No ice machine!!! Had to drive to the gas station.I have worked in the hospitality industry for 30 years and never experienced such a dirty toilet. We spoke to the Red Lion and were informed that this was recently acquired by your company as a overflow for the Red Lion. I have not posted a review and will not, but if you expect your loyal guests to be happy with being walked to this location you best be prepared for multiple complaints. I realize this was the 4th of July holiday but surely you could have assigned someone from your banquet department for a continental breakfast each day and a room attendant to check on guests needs. One of the easiest ways to make guests happy is cleanliness and and follow through with promises. Neither of which are hugely expensive. When we inquired about the ice machine we were told "we did not promise/advertise" an ice machine. Never have I seen that at any lodging promotion. We were not looking for the status/panache of The Red Lion but a clean environment to enjoy the beautiful Berkshires at a reasonable price. We do not believe we the pricing we paid was not the value we received.   : Looking a little tired. A/C was loud, couldn't sleep well. No maid service or person on duty if problem day or night. No light switch as you entered the room at night. No coffee or breakfast on site. Had to drive to Red Lion with $12 coupon for breakfast. Coffee was $4 there. So average breakfast cost each An additional $12 inc the tip.

  : The location was awesome. Right across the road from hiking trails. And close to town. I loved that we were able to use the amenities at the red lion inn. They were very friendly there. The area behind the hotel was awesome for my dogs.
  : I didn’t love that there was nobody on site if you needed anything. And there’s no contact phone number on the door either. In addition, the whole kitchen and lobby area was closed. I had to drive to get coffee.

  : This is an excellent property if your traveling with dogs. The staff was very nice.
  : The rooms are very basic which, if you know what to expect, you’ll be fine. I did expect there would be a hairdryer in the room but there wasn’t.
