  : Spot right on the river was amazing. Thats where the good things ended.Because of the COVID, my wife asked for me to wipe all the countertops and common areas, just as a precaution. They were all dirty.The house itself had a flea or other insect problem. All 6 people staying there got bug bites all over our ankles and legs.When we emptied the trash the shed where the trash is held was full. Trash bags all over the floor. We did the best we could to not make it worse.And finally, do not use the hot tub. The cover was falling apart and cumbersome to take off. The water looked okay, and theres a sign saying its cleaned with bromine. I dont know how a bromine treated spa looks or smells like, but my son ended up with a bacterial rash all over his body shortly after arriving home. Definitely will NOT be staying here again.

  : I really enjoyed the location of the property, the painted rock collection and the ease of checking into the property. I liked the inclusion of the PlayStation! I enjoyed the painted rock collection and the overall character of the location!
  : I wish the hot tub had been maintained better, a bit of firewood to get us started wouldve been a nice addition to the location as well.

  : The location of this cabin on the river is very nice. The sound of the water is relaxing. However, it is directly next to a large RV that is hooked up right by the hot tub, so privacy was not quite what we'd hoped for. The wifi was robust enough to handle two students in school on zoom at the same time/
  : After receiving confirmation emails from Vacasa, I went and found this rental on their site and read several reviews that said this property was "rustic". Definitely rustic, but I would add that it is also "sparse". All of the amenities were in short supply for a house that has a max occupancy of six people. For example: three regular spoons, four salad forks and six meal forks. Three dishwasher packs for a 4 night stay. A bread loaf pan, but no 9x9 or 9x13, and no frying pan bigger than 7 inches. The upstairs loft was only as big as the two pallets up there, and is accessible only by ladder. The property is advertised to have TV, but the dish doesn't work. We were also short lighting. The main light for the cabin did not work, nor did the porch light. The emergency lantern might have helped, but it had no batteries. We had two boys trying to do schoolwork after skiing, and as soon as darkness fell, you could not see well at the table, so it was difficult to do work, and accessing the house in the dark with a keypad and no porch light was challenging and a safety hazard with no light on the stairs.Vacasa staff on the phone were friendly and sympathetic. They tried to rectify the lights and the tv issue. When staff arrived they were unable to fix the lights, and sent a floor lamp the next day. They mentioned that the direct TV dish is an ongoing problem, and were not able to rectify it either. Might not have been a big deal if there was not a monsoon going on outside. But when it's too dim to see your puzzle pieces, and then the TV doesn't work either, you start to feel like you got price gouged on your vacation rental.Hot tub was working, but only at 90 degrees when we got in on Tuesday. We bumped the heat up so it would be ready for after the skiers came back down from the hill on Wed - but someone came out to clean it midday and after that, it was down to 80 with an error code.
