  : Great Room Layout. It is so important and rare to have access to the bathroom from the living area. My brother & wife slept in the bedroom and I slept on the sofa bed in the living room. When I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, I did NOT have to go through the bedroom (which would have caused me to waken them from sleep). So Good!!!Kitchen was well enough supplied. Comfortable large easy chair & other seating.
  : The mattress on the sofa bed was very thin and I could feel the bars. I suggest having extra mattresses that can be brought into the room when adults want to use the sleeper sofa as a bed. Maybe you could have a max of 3 adults, or 2 aduts and 2 small (max 10 years old) children.
