  : The hot tub.
  : On your site it said there were 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 fold out couches, there was no queen bed. It also said it was 4.3 miles from the middle of Gatlinburg, it was 16 miles away(in Gatlinburg area that is a 45 min drive). The living room chair was broken, screens on the porch with the hot tub were all ripped. Called and complained about the beds and distance from town and they did nothing, just blamed it all on booking.com. We were also missing a heart shaped jacuzzi tub. We left a day early just so our kids could sleep comfortably. We would have never stayed here knowing it was so far from Gatlinburg and that both of our kids wouldnt have a comfortable bed. The cabin wasnt cheap either.
