  : The private hot tub and the garden bath were our favorite things. The TV was on a swivel so we could rotate it to enjoy a movie from the garden tub. The DVD player was a good addition. The area was quiet and outside of the main area (so we could avoid traffic).
  : There is no view unless the trees lose there leaves (very disappointing considering the photos show a lovely view). The pillows were flat. The cabin could use a renovation (the appliances are older and there are areas in cracks on the walls/ floors/ corners in which dirt has built up over the years). The TV was an older box TV. The Dish they had was good but constantly lost signal, and there is no Wi-Fi so streaming wasnt an option. The A/C control is broken and doesnt read the room temp correctly, so we had to adjust it a lot. The bathroom sink doesnt drain super well, so I would use the kitchen sink to brush teeth. The road the property is on had a huge dip where you would absolutely hit the bottom of your car if you had a sedan or similar vehicle.

  : I don't like how yall gave false advertisement in your pics online of a beautiful back porch sitting mountain view when all there was, was a bunch of trees. Reminder the only two properties on the road with no view was 733a and 733b was beyond pissed and disappointed because I got this for a romantic weekend with my love to celebrate our one year anniversary. On the drive in we was so excited because we was seeing everybodys beautiful views they had and we couldn't wait to see ours. Then we get to our cabin and complete dissapointment set in. It ruined my whole surprise to her and our trip because all we wanted to do was sit on the back porch and take in the views and we could not do that at all. I called and yall just said yea I can see where it could be misleading but offered to nothing about the false advertisement yall showed. I haven't been to the mountains since I was 15 and I'm 29 now and we stayed in a hotel when I was 15 that had better views than this. The complete dissapointment and knowing that I was doing it all for her, my love who had never been to the mountains, just to see the dissapointment in her eyes when arriving broke my heart and ruined the whole stay for me just an udder waste of a 1200 dollars for a mountain splendor home with no splendor at all.

  : We did enjoy the quiet and the location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
  : There was absolutely NO view of the mountains from the cabin as was shown in the advertisment. We are unable to upload a photo in any of the formats requested in your program. The trees were at least 6 feet (if not higher) above the deck completely surrounding the cabin. This was not the case at any other neighboring cabins leading to the cabin we were staying in. After traveling hours to arrive and unpack the car into the cabin, imagine the disappointment we felt when we walked out to a view of only leaves on trees almost close enough to touch! It was far too late to even ask for other accommodations. We bring this to your attention in hopes that the situation can be dealt with and no other vacationers will be as disappointed as we were.

  : Even though the neighbors were close, still had plenty of privacy. Never heard any loud noises or had difficulty passing people on the road.
  : The cabin was bare necessities. The dishes were provided but nothing like salt and pepper. Which makes it hard to cook. Its hard to remember everything when shopping like that for a trip. Only 2 towels which made it hard to enjoy time in the hot tub then have dry stuff for after a shower.
