  : The only thing I didn't like was the TV didn't work and when we called for help we were told matienance would come fix it and never did so we had to rent DVDS all week.

  : Our code to open the door didnt work. We waited 2 hrs and 15 mins to finally get in. Had I not called a second time maintenece would have never showed up . He finally came at 7:15 pm to help let us in. I tried calling the phone number at 430pm for a second time to get help and no one would answer I had to call as if I was booking a stay to get someone on the phone. The office closes at 5 so I was a little mad when no one could answer unless they thought they were going to get someone to spend money. The tv did not work kept saying signal lost. We called the office and they said they would work on it while we were out. There was no sign that anyone stopped to even look at it to see what was wrong. The best they said they could do to make things right was a check out at 11 am instead of 10 am. Still am not very happy. Would have been nice to have internet to be able to look at things to do around town. But they do not supply internet so basically your lucky if you can get an I internet page to load .good luck trying to book extra things to do that are hard to get into the night before as I said no internet phones barely worked . We were put on a "comp list" according to the people we talked to on the phone and they never gave us a call. Im quite disappointed in the stay definitly not worth close to $1000.00 that we paid.

  : The grill was broken but replaced.The smoke detector in the bathroom went off after my king and I took a shower together and would not go off, this happened on Saturday morning. So we decided to leave that afternoon.There was dust all around the bottom frame of the bed and baseboard around there room..

  : Balcony and hot tub need work arrived to no sheets or towels had to wait on hold and then for maid to arrive she was very nice A lot of problems with door codes again we had to wait to rectify but the view was spectacular
