  : Location is what I was looking for.
  : The property is on a very steep hill and does not have easy walk down to street. I'm 71 and was not able to walk the steep driveway up and down so I would have to drive down, pay to park in garage so I could drive back up. When the drive was wet, it became quite slippery.

  : The beds were comfy. The condo was clean. The location was good it was very close to downtown. The grassy area out back was a delight for the kids to play. The porches were nice. Being next to the woods and nature was relaxing. I could even hear the river and birds. Great to sit out and drink your morning coffee. The condo was roomy. It was somewhat quiet and you couldn’t hear other tenants. The staff was nice and helpful. I love being on the ground floor and at the end of the building. Checking out was the easiest. We liked that there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The fireplace was beautiful and would be great in the winter with a fire.
  : The pool and spa was closed and it is very disappointing. My children were very upset. You advertised a pool and when we got there it was closed and filthy. The location was good the hill was a work out though and kind of dangerous to walk down with kids/strollers. There was an uncovered pipe/hole in the grass at the back of the property right next to the sidewalk/porches. Very dangerous! We had to keep an eye out and make sure our kids didn’t fall in and break a leg. Light bulbs burned out in fridge. The internet did not work at first. It would not accept the password that was given to us and posted on the fridge. So we had to call the staff and get another one. The internet was spotty at best. Kept dropping or being really slow. One of the biggest upsets was we started the booking process and then we’re hit with huge hidden fees. It doubled our price. We were shocked! Had we known about the hidden fees before hand we would not have stayed. There was no place to put our address at check out so the staff had to call and straighten it out. I’ve rented a lot of condos in my life but never had hidden fees like these and this much trouble with info not being done at check out. And when they say the entry key will not work til 4 they mean it. We got there ten min early and literally had to wait to get in.

  : Spacious condo. Saw a bear on the first night. Very nice accommodation. My family loved it.
  : Little pricey but it was Thanksgiving weekend. Bed was a bit too firm but that my own personal preference.

  : Condo was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed back patio. Also had a washer and dryer which came in handy since we were there almost 10 days.
  : Nice kitchen and appliances but had to wash dishes frequently because there were not enough dishes, glassware or utensils.

  : The location was great, we saw a bear out the back doors and it was close to the strip. The rooms were spacious and the condo was clean.
  : The code to get in the door was not correct, we had to call the 800 number to have a new code sent to us. The breaker in the master bathroom was tripped on arrival and tripped every day, so you showered in the dark or fixed the breaker! We had to call the 800 number again and they told us where the panel box was to fix it. The ice maker did not dispense in the door, we called the 800 number again but they did not fix it. The kids had to stick their hands in the ice maker to collect their ice.....gross! There were no extra sheets on the pull-out bed so my children had to sleep directly on the mattress. The comforters on the beds are like a hotel, very thin. We called the 800 to request a fitted sheet, but they did not provide sheets until the next day. There are three remotes for each T.V. with no instructions. We had to figure out who the cable provider was and google their number to receive instructions on how to use the T.V. They had to reset each box and each remote for us to have access.....that took forever! The mattress are hard, so if you need a soft bed, this is not the condo for you. The location is up a big hill, it is close to the strip but difficult to walk up and down. If you have problems with your knees or have small children to push in a stroller.....it will be a bad location.
