: It was quick
: Resort rental clerk did not wear a mask. I was told to email about a pet fee and no response. When got there and found out it was $75 I paid it but felt it was a lot. Told him I did not get a response and he said- well you did not book with us! They were like the 5th party out on this??? Booking. Com, then red awning, then them!

: Keys were available earlier than expected. East to find on side of building.The bed was very comfortable.
: The pictures on the website are old. This cabin is SO outdated and filthy. The inside logs/walls were so dusty, especially up stairs. The floors were dirty, left feet and socks dirty. Water damage on the floor in kitchen that should have been fixed (probably years ago). The kitchen cupboards are sticky/dirty, need serious attention. Found a piece of glass on the half wall by steps. The return vent is covered in dust/dirt. Upstairs bathroom toilet seat is loose. Downstairs sink has no stopper; could easily drop something down the drain. The shower is FULL of mold and mildew!!! Downstairs floor is worse after shower because of poor ventilation for shower. Floor becomes wet, slippery and gross. There are not enough towel bars or hooks to hang towels to dry. The ones they do have are wooden and need resealed. A damp towel sticks to it. Also, a dirty washcloth was on the floor from previous renters. Most of the hot tub functions do not work properly. We started our stay on a Saturday, so we had to come back in Sunday morning to "officially" check in. This is a pain.Our experience was a big disappointment. My husband planned this trip for my birthday and he was very disappointed when we arrived. We made the best of it, but definitely not worth the money.
