  : We were turned away on Christmas because my wife only had a picture on her phone of her id. We stayed there the night before actually and there wasn't a problem. Instead of just getting 2 nights I waited and ordered the room the next day. So they wanted to see our identification again. I had mine but my wife lost her purse so she only had the picture. There was a different employee and apparently they can't except the picture even though we stayed there the last night. It was Christmas and my wife and I slept in our car. I'm discusted with this place. The mans name was Noah. Ironic having a biblical name and putting my wife and I on the street on Christmas. Never Go there. There horrible people.
